Professor Phan Trong Lan is a senior public health expert with extensive experience in infectious disease surveillance, prevention and outbreak response. He has held senior leadership roles within Vietnam’s Ministry of Health and has contributed substantially to national communicable disease prevention and control programs. In E-DENGUE, Professor Lan serves as a senior project leader and Steering Committee member.
